ideology

Ideology is a system of organized thoughts expressed in communication such as value of life ideational perspectives. Ideology is also a fit expression that describes any existence of our everyday life. When we go to school, we witness the idea of being a good student; when we walk on street, we see people live up to various subcultures; and when we turn on our television, we hear different voices from diverse perspectives. The idea that student should be hardworking; the idea that guys should wear certain hairstyle; and the idea over whether Taiwan should cooperate economically with China all provide solid evidence that ideology is closely connected to our everyday life. For example, many politicians use the sense of “love Taiwan” in order to gain ballots. The ideology behind nationalism, patriotism, and strong emotions to the land we grew up was frequently used as a tool in integrating politics. When a candidate shows his love of Taiwan, being honored as a Taiwanese, and promise to bring prosperity to Taiwan; he packs himself into the image of a true Taiwanese who upholds the ideology of being a Taiwanese. Such incidents occur frequently at every election season.
